When was the last time you felt truly joyful? Or had a good belly laugh?
Do you remember how good it felt? How it seemed to put everything into perspective and give you a sense of relief?
That's what this workshop is all about... simply experiencing joy.
We will do that in a variety of ways, including the practice of laughter yoga (no difficult postures required). We will take a look at our language and how what we say to ourselves and others can prevent us from experiencing joy when it is available. And we will learn new ways to be fully present so that we can bring more joy into our lives and relationships.
