How would you like to meditate in a group from the comfort of your own home or office? GraceMoves now offers a Virtual Meditation Group Monday-Friday at 8:00 a.m. (EST). You can join us online or by phone by dialing in for a 20-minute meditation. Here are a few good reasons to meditate in a group.

This group is for those who already have a meditation practice but would like the support and accountability of a group. There is no instruction or guided meditation; we simply spend 20 minutes in silence together. The meditation starts promptly at 8:00, so please dial in a couple of minutes beforehand so as not to interrupt the silence.
